Unbothered Is a Nervous-System Achievement
Unbothered is not apathy. It is regulation.

Rush to respond
Defend its legitimacy
Engage in unnecessary friction
This is the difference between reactive leadership and sovereign leadership.
When a person is internally governed, external volatility does not reorganize them.
